The BIM models will be very helpful for Fire Department for planning evacuation of people in case of any eventuality. It will also be helpful to evaluate building compliance to various safety norms and guidelines like fire safety, setback, ratio of construction and open spaces etc., before granting registration or License to use the structure/facility.
